Description:
In jenkinsfile the build stages were always prefetching both almalinux and
bullseye images, despite only the redhat build stages ever needing the
almalinux image.
This slightly reduces docker pull time on jenkins agents, and contention (when
multiple executors are running on an agent with one docker daemon).
