Description:
The build-resolver.xml references geomet-0.1.0.zip (released Aug 30, 2016), but
the DataStax python-driver
[requirements|https://github.com/datastax/python-driver/blob/master/requirements.txt]
specifies >= v1.1.
Unfortunately, [geomet v1.1
|https://github.com/geomet/geomet/blob/1.1.0/pyproject.toml] requires Python >=
3.7.
