I got zipdetails output working, system zipdetails were some strange binary
from perl package on my system. The one in Docker container of diffoscope
started to worked just fine (working-zip-details-same-build-date.html).
There are different timestamps in zip / jar headers themselves. I do not think
we can get rid of that so easily.
I cant persuade version.properties to have static header. It still adds
timestamp to that anyway, even "comment" is specified.
