I've seen this issue on other projects, basically if you use aws keyspaces with peering then system.local will return 127.0.0.1 and system.peers will return all the correct IPs (including the local one I think?). I'm not sure if there's any driver option you can explore to work around this issue, it's possible that this requires needs some code changes on gocql in order to support aws keyspaces with peering -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
