even if we build the ssl options correctly it doesn't seem to use those
ultimately. According to
[this|https://cassandra.apache.org/doc/stable/cassandra/tools/sstable/sstableloader.html#use-a-config-file-for-ssl-clusters]
documentation, it says if you want to use config file then configure
`server_encryption_options`. Can you remove client encryption options from your
file and try with that?
