Hosting scripts ourselves is required, see (4) on
[https://privacy.apache.org/policies/website-policy.html]
plausible.cassandra.apache.org is us, and it makes sense to not load it if that
subdomain is otherwise not available, so long as failing to load it doesn't
otherwise break the website.
