I'd like to get this change in as soon as we can so we can have automated tests
against Java21 as part of the baseline for both ASF and DataStax builds. Based
on a quick review here we still need a few things to make that happen:
* There are some changes in [PR
1999|https://github.com/apache/cassandra-java-driver/pull/1999] which need to
be reverted now that [PR
2000|https://github.com/apache/cassandra-java-driver/pull/2000] has been
committed
* We need to add changes for DataStax CI
** This could hypothetically be done in another ticket
** But any such changes would need the code changes in this PR for tests to
complete against the new version
Is there anything else that needs to happen in order to bring this effort to a
conclusion?
