I am done and I believe all is addressed, I have built it on my Mac as well to
cover ARM / different distribution of Go.
However, I was not able to trigger a build in CI on Linux ARM machine. While it
might be most probably OK to merge this as is, I am reluctant to do so until we
figure out why CI fails to build it on ARM. Seem like there is no such
combination possible for patches.
