Description:
A new HTTP endpoint named {{report-schema}} shall be created in Cassandra
Sidecar.
Any {{GET}} request to this endpoint shall trigger an immediate, synchronous
conversion and report of the current schema from the current Sidecar instance.
Returned HTTP response shall either be {{200 OK}}, or contain the exception
message received during schema conversion and report.
A call to the newly added endpoint shall have no impact on the schedule of
regular, periodic schema reports.
