Now the CassandraBridge is standalone and decoupled from Spark we can expose
various utility methods for accessing and consuming SSTables for use in
external tooling. Including: last repair time for an SSTable, first and last
token information, utility method to return true if an SSTable overlaps with a
token range or partition key, utility to convert a string representation to
binary encoded partition key, utility to return true if an SSTable might
contain a partition key, and utilities to extract and read a set of keys from
an SSTable.
