(2) is just about bringing over the latest stuff only in CQL.textile, into
cql_singlefile.adoc
Yes, (3) means throwing away CQL.textile. (`ant gen-doc` would make the
asciidoctorj invocation, instead of the textile generation. 17260 is really a
fourth step, where asciidoctorj would no longer be needed – instead we can
generate a dynamic in-tree antora project, and all in-tree adocs are bundled as
html into release artefacts.)
