[~brandon.williams] I will do better PR.
I will add an LocalizedStrings class and add toLowerCaseLocalized method. So
when we use it for ENUMs or core processes about Cassandra we will use that
string operations, also ill add some kind optional parameter for other
localizations so it will be future proof. I'm working on it.
