[~henry.hughes] is working on cleaning up branches and open PRs on the
datastax/java-driver in preparation for its proposed migration to the apache
github organisation.
Once that work is done, the copyright+license info and file headers will be
changed on all files on all branches. Then a fork of the repo will be made
(which will serve the purpose as being the datastax fork) so that the original
repository can be migrated by ASF Infra to the apache organisation once the IP
Clearance has been voted on and accepted.
