It should be totally transparent to CI. Both the
[jenkins|https://ci-cassandra.apache.org/view/all/job/Cassandra-devbranch/2511/]
and the
[circle|https://app.circleci.com/pipelines/github/bereng/cassandra/989/workflows/7605c38a-6977-4fa8-a315-f9d756ee02fa]
(free) runs lgtm.
CI did already have the {{no-build-test}} flag to avoid that checkstyle check
among others so I don't see any improvements there. This benefits mainly local
dev imo where {{realclean}} is not run so often.
