Since JDK15 biased locking is disabled by default, and the flag
`-XX:-UseBiasedLocking` does nothing (except print a deprecation warning). This
is why the cassandra patch removes it from the common jvm-server.options file
and adds it back to only the jvm8-server.options and jvm11-server.options files.
