Add some options for nodetool tablestats and tablehistograms to filter the
output
of System tables and data tables.
As we know if we nodetool tablestats all tables will be output ,but system
table 's number are too much.
Add options to filter only output data tables or system tables, together with
the already exist ks.tb lists, the output options are just fine.
