We would then need to ensure that it is not possible to change it by user by
ALTER command.
EDIT: disregard my comment, please, I confused two concepts here. I ll try to
model it with an additional field in TableMetadata.
EDIT 2: actually, no ... how I understand it is that in order to let user know
how that flag looks like, it would need to be among TableParams and we would
need to deal with that in SchemaKeyspace etc ... So it does make schema bigger
because of that.
