The ENOMEM log message only occurs at startup, so if your timeline is correct
this error occurred after your processes first crashed, not before.
Debugging problems like this requires very detailed information, including full
logs and the ability to map table names to specific schema, as well as
information about what queries were being run against the processes. Most of
the data being in one schema is not very helpful information, unfortunately.
