Before commit I noticed num_tokens=16 provided to the pytest command for
no-vnode tests. That was corrected.
Commits squashed and rebased on the patch from CASSANDRA-18039, so I ran final
pre-commit runs with midres and highres with those changes and verified the
right jvm was pulled and tests completed successfully.
I will open a follow up ticket to deal with the two large DTests failing with
midres with large containers, probably what [~adelapena] suggested.
