It seems we are ready already with CASSANDRA-17885, thanks [~brandon.williams]
for the patience.
As some time passed and who knows which package had a new version or so, I
rebuilt today the images.
Pushed [Jenkins
dev|https://jenkins-cm4.apache.org/view/patches/job/Cassandra-devbranch/] for
all branches - #2032-#2036
Pushed also CircleCI 4.0 full run

About [~brandon.williams] 's
[patch|https://github.com/driftx/cassandra-builds/tree/CASSANDRA-17854] to
update the other images, we can test locally right? Code-wise it looks good to
me.
