Thanks [~jmckenzie] for the PR. Did a quick pass and this PR is far more
comprehensive than the patch I put out. +1 to the direction of moving ahead
with your PR vs the patch I put out.
Also, +1 to moving system_distributed from repair to schema package (didn't
realize it is part of repair package!) and to refactoring system_distributed.
I plan to do another pass of detailed review this week; will keep the ticket
posted.
