I didn't see a difference in the _ant-junit_ dependency management or how the
CircleCI multiplexer is setup on 3.11 and 4.0 so I ran in a small loop (5
iterations) the same test as you on your branch with reverted this patch.
Confirmed the issue was there before this ticket/patch -
