`ant realclean` will remove the final in-tree generated docs at {{build/html}}
but it doesn't remove the nodetool generated docs at
{{doc/source/tools/nodetool}}
The docker-compose.yaml file in cassandra-website, rebuilds the versions using
the same cassandra directory just switching branches/tags.
