"The toString() changes should not have been part of the commit for this
ticket, but for CASSANDRA-13668 instead." - I have to correct myself there, the
changes are related to the SchemaAnnouncementEvent and are just fine as part of
the commit. Doesn't have to do anything with the auditing events.
