I went looking for a public facing support channel for bintray and I'm only
finding customer support ticket entry. http://status.bintray.com/ looks clean,
so there's no widespread issues being reported. [~kwoot], if you have some
other troubleshooting to help out here, it would be appreciated. Your curl
command works for me, the 301 redirect is expected, and the subsequent request
to bintray works fine for me from multiple locations, too.
