[~cnlwsu] Thanks for your comments . So Xss will work similar to Xmx, Xmn, Xms
etc. if user defines it in jvm.opts then the values in cassandra-env.sh won't
override it all.

it states clearly that - *Check what parameters were defined on jvm.options
file to avoid conflicts * .So we should be ideally safe that this PR wouldn't
hamper much.Please do let me know your views as well on this ?
