Is this the right place to bikeshed that "log_all" is a terribly unclear name
for the option? And also, I [and probably others] really would appreciate a
yaml option that enables compaction logging for all tables, regardless of
whether logging is set in their schema [or, enables only if logging isn't
explicitly disabled].
