Summary: pig-test fails when run during test-all

The pig-test target is currently passing in branches cassandra-2.0,
cassandra-2.1, and trunk when run alone, however, when the pig-test target runs
during test-all, there are a group of failures.

There appears to be data directory permissions problems with hadoop.
