`dotnet pack` currently fails its enabled package validation on seven existing net452-to-net461 API differences: legacy Task-based async results and the absence of Microsoft.Extensions.Logging on net452. Record only those exact diagnostic/member/framework pairs in CompatibilitySuppressions.xml, with their conditional-compilation rationale. Package validation remains enabled for other changes. Runtime APIs are unchanged. Validation: the combined local preparation candidate builds all 11 library targets, passes 3,586 tests across nine Windows runtime targets with conformance enabled, and completes `dotnet pack` with validation enabled. The first unsuppressed pack failed on these seven differences; the corrected pack passed. This is one focused preparation change.
