Delegate locking to the MIT-licensed `readerwriterlock` dependency while preserving writer preference and Casbin's existing context/direct APIs. Keep acquisition handles in explicit per-thread read/write lists so shared read contexts retain independent ownership. Split the lock implementation and its concurrency tests from #438. Release metadata, broad header cleanup and workflow changes remain separate. Validation: 465 test executions on Python 3.12 with warnings as errors and pinned conformance input, including shared readers, nested/direct acquisition, exception cleanup and writer preference; the changed lock module passes Black. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
