Thanks for the detailed report, confirmed and fixed in https://github.com/apache/casbin-Casbin.NET/commit/70f54fea484abdc48ba39142d4786f880f2d664c `SortPolicy` now returns `false` when the default `e` policy effect is missing instead of throwing, and a regression test with an `r2`/`p2`/`e2`/`m2`-only model was added. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
