## Problem Switching to another saved Codex account wrote the new sign-in into the credential file and reported plain success, but an agent that is already running keeps the sign-in it read at startup, so Codex went on using the old account. ## Solution The switch now reports whether that installation is running, and the page says the agent has to be restarted for the new account to take effect instead of claiming the swap is already live. ## Screenshots Agent running — the new warning:  Agent not running — unchanged:  -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
