#103 was fixed in d1c9a4e ("fix: make libsqlite3-sys an optional
dependency"), but the fix is unreleased — crates.io still serves 1.2.0
(2025-06-07), and the version in the repo is still 1.2.0.
Would it be possible to publish 1.2.1 (or 1.3.0) with d1c9a4e included?
