### Summary Add the config-orchestrator core that switches a CLI agent (Claude Code, Codex) to a chosen upstream provider by writing that provider into the agent's own configuration file. Switch is atomic (temp file + rename, so a crash never leaves a half-written config), idempotent (re-selecting the same provider changes nothing), and non-destructive (only the fields Gateway owns are rewritten; unrelated user settings are preserved, and the pre-Gateway file is backed up once). Each agent's format mapping is a pure adapter, so switching UI, proxy hot-swap and usage stats can build on top separately. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
