### Summary Switching language previously called window.location.reload(), which flashed the UI and dropped table filters, pagination, and scroll because pages read labels through i18next.t() rather than the useTranslation() hook. Subscribe the App root to i18next's "languageChanged" so the whole tree re-translates in place, and drop the reload. Also subscribe the pie chart card, whose "Other" label was memoised and otherwise went stale. Wrap the remaining hardcoded English (toasts, delete-confirm dialogs, placeholders, the sign-in states) in i18next.t() across the cert, node, site, rule, record and account pages, adding the matching en/zh keys. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
