## Why
After the repository moved from `officialpycasbin/django-orm-adapter` to
`apache/casbin-python-django-orm-adapter`, the README badges and the
pyproject.toml `Home-page` still pointed to the old organization, so the
links were broken.
## What changed
- `README.md`: updated the build and coverage badges to point to
`github.com/apache/casbin-python-django-orm-adapter`.
- `pyproject.toml`: updated `Home-page` to
`https://github.com/apache/casbin-python-django-orm-adapter`.
## Verification
- TOML parses correctly; `Home-page` now points to the apache org.
- No `officialpycasbin` references remain in README or pyproject.toml.
- The two remaining `officialpycasbin` references elsewhere are
intentionally kept: `casbin_adapter/models.py` (a source-attribution
comment) and `CHANGELOG.md` (historical release records).
