AppCDS [1] aims to to have a fast startup by having application classes to
be placed in a shared archive.
It is true that we can't know the final set of classes that are needed but
since we do compute the dependencies based on the requirement of the routes, we
have a chance to use the same information to give some hint to the operator to
generate an AppCDS archive.
