Add some logic that attempts to scan the runtime and provide such
information as an additional metric
If the component is used, the application startup will register a new metric
including the information related to the runtime. The output will be like:

app_info{camel_context="camel-1",camel_runtime_provider="Spring-Boot",camel_runtime_version="3.4.3",camel_version="4.10.2"}
1
```
This can turn very useful to scrape this information at runtime without
needing to know which is the runtime provider in advance.
