Seems the QCXF SSL tests are broken. Maybe due to the new Vert.x HTTP Client
that has been introduced.
The swallowed exception is:
```
Caused by: java.lang.IllegalStateException:
io.quarkiverse.cxf.vertx.http.client.VertxHttpClientHTTPConduit does not
support SSLSocketFactory set via TLSClientParameters
