Ok,,I moved it to camel-osgi-camel-import
This `!org.apache.camel.component.bean.validator,` is to avoid to have it
in the import-packages section of the Manifest, which lead sometimes to
exception like `OsgiValidationProviderResolverFactory cannot be cast to
ValidationProviderResolverFactory`
