I did this:
```
if [[ ${GITHUB_REF_NAME} =~ [0-9]+.[0-9]+.x || ${GITHUB_BASE_REF}
=~ [0-9]+.[0-9]+.x ]]; then
```
We should port it to main if it succeeds.
