Apache Camel Karaf 3.x only supports what we provide in the features file - there is no support for camel-cdi in OSGi https://github.com/apache/camel-karaf/blob/camel-karaf-3.x/platforms/karaf/features/src/main/resources/features.xml We do not plan to support this, and Camel 3.x is "stable" and in low maintenance mode.
