This happens with WS-Trust and WS-SecurityPolicy tests ported from
Quarkiverse CXF, the only difference being the Camel way (through
`from("cxf:...")` clause) of deploying the SOAP endpoint.
I have tests reproducing this issue. Let me prepare the PRs.
