A month without issue, I've removed some console logs to restore flakiness.
On next occurence:
+ Check the output for logs from `.log("CAMEL-QUARKUS-3584` : 2 routes
+ Try with `quarkus.vertx.worker-pool-size=1` to check whether running all
HTTP requests on the same threads would help.
