So I commit [964525d](https://github.com/apache/camel/commit/964525d9ed705eb9d998f7d5c141c337a021b07e) to avoid running the integration tests twice. can you take a look? We actually need those tests. We run the tests with both Kafka 2 and Kafka 3 to ensure backwards compatibility.
