The aggregated `ClusterRole` is already created, it's called
`addressable-resolver`.
This is the `ClusterRoleBinding` to bind a SA to the addressable-resolver
`ClusterRole`
```yaml
apiVersion: rbac.authorization.k8s.io/v1
kind: ClusterRoleBinding
metadata:
name: camel-k-addressable-resolver
subjects:
- kind: ServiceAccount
name: <camel-k-service-account>
namespace: <camel-k-namespace>
roleRef:
apiGroup: rbac.authorization.k8s.io
kind: ClusterRole
name: addressable-resolver
```
