In the past it was autogenerated every night and updated. Now ASF changed the gh action policy, so once we release with the help of the milestone, we'll need to add all the information by hand. I'm still investigating if we can use a gh action compliant with ASF security policy. But I didn't find anything at moment. Another possibility is writing our own changelog generator gh action and create a repository under Apache. It will be whitelisted by default.
