insert_all function in BigQueryHook to insert one or more rows into BigQuery
table.

this extremely good reason:
I have tested this feature locally on a running airflow instance with
BigQuery on GCP, with a python operator calling into the hook and executing
this function. Rows were inserted into BQ table successfully.
