@jason810496 — added two more things DX_REPORT.md with 4 failure modes (wrong test runner on host, breeze-in-breeze hang, git credentials inside container, silent drift). Each one shows exact command and what breaks. Also wired the prek hook as `check-agent-skills-drift` in `.pre-commit-config.yaml` — triggers on SKILL.md or skills.json changes, exits 1 on drift.
