The AAPB NDSR program is an early-career residency program, open to anyone who has graduated or will be graduating from a Master's program between July 2014 and July 2016. Seven residents will be selected to spend ten months in a fully-funded position with benefits working on an audiovisual digital preservation project at a public media station or organization.
